Wellwood Pomeranians

Welcome!

 

My wife and I are small hobby breeders located in central Alberta, Canada just north of Sangudo, about 1.5 hours northwest of Edmonton. We breed Pomeranians, striving to produce puppies with even temperaments and proper confirmation. Our focus is toward the exotic colors; parti coats in all colors, chocolate, beaver, chocolate/tan, black/tan, merle and tri colors.

 

We genuinely enjoy every part of the breeding process, from caring for our expectant mothers and welcoming each puppy, to raising our puppies and placing them in wonderful homes. Our puppies are well socialized and are very people oriented. Your puppy will be used to a normal household (visitors, television, vacuum) and will have started their pee pad training. Once a deposit is placed, we begin calling your puppy by the name of your choice.

 

Our prices range between $1800-$3000 depending on the quality, color, gender, pedigree and estimated adult weight of the puppy. We require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $500 to hold the puppy of your choice. We will occasionally have adult dogs available that we are retiring from our program. Our puppies are vet checked, will have their first vaccinations, and are dewormed at 3,5 & 7 weeks. They go to their forever homes with their health record, 3 year health guarantee and puppy contract, sample of their food, pee pads, blanket and toy. Our Pomeranian puppies are microchipped and registered with the CKC (Canadian Kennel Club). We have joined the Trupanion Breeder Support Program (effective September 2017) to provide each new owner with 30 days of free health insurance for your puppy.
